We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join our efficient and energetic team.  In this diverse role you will take responsibility for general office and site activates, supporting a truly broad range of business activities.  From taking bookings for our pool and holiday letting businesses to scheduling meetings for our international research colleagues, you will be a central point of contact for all activities at our site, located just outside of Aylsham, Norfolk.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with general enquiries for the pool and holiday letting business
  • Purchasing, negotiating and receiving orders for site equipment
  • Supporting the Finance team in processing, purchase and sales ledger and record keeping
  • General upkeep of the office and wider company site
  • Responding to varied requests from the Senior Management Team and colleagues from our networked professional research companies opri.sg and www.optimumpatientcare.org
  • Scheduling meetings, travel request, note taking, scanning and other general administrative duties
