Practice Recruitment Coordinator

Optimum Patient Care (OPC) are looking for candidates with an interest in sales, marketing, or healthcare to assist in the engagement of GP practices to our research and quality improvement programmes.

If you are a confident communicator and able to build strong relationships quickly this could be the role for you!

Full training will be provided, and flexible working hours are available. The position can be full time or part time either 3/4 days per week (including Tue-Thu) and could fit around caring responsibilities.

Based at our office either in Oakington, Cambridgeshire (CB24 3BA) or Aylsham, Norfolk (NR11 6UN) we offer hybrid working and the support of an experienced and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Support in the engagement of our OPC Network healthcare sites by building strong working relationships and promoting OPC services.

2) Contribute to the creation and delivery of engagement plans and strategies under the direction of the Engagement Lead.

3) Monitor, measure and report all OPC engagement activities on databases and company systems.

5) Recruit and coordinate GP sites throughout the research process, ensuring regular communication with all stakeholders.

6) Working in partnership with our operations teams to maximise our influence and drive research and quality improvement as part of the OPC Network, supporting in responses to clients’ requests as necessary.

Experience and Skills

· Educated to A levels or equivalent

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence others.

· Able to work with others and develop strong networks across a variety of stakeholders

· Enthusiastic and motivated to learn
