Administrator

Our dynamic and internationally recognised research company Optimum Patient Care (OPC) is looking for a highly motivated Business Administrator.
Full training will be provided, and flexible working hours are available. The position can be full time or part time. Based at our offices in Oakington, Cambridge or Aylsham, Norfolk, we offer hybrid working and the support of an experienced and friendly team.


Primary responsibilities
• Support the purchasing processes across the organisations by making online and card based transactions and liaising with the finance team to ensure appropriate records are in place.
• Prepare and distribute agendas, take, and distribute, minutes of meetings.
• Organise and plan events as directed.
• Act as a point of contact for the team, dealing with queries from stakeholders.
• Undertake all administrative duties such as managing the electronic diary for the department, dealing with incoming calls and messages, photocopying, and sorting and prioritising mail and e-mail.
• Support the HR team in recruitment activities, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
• To carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required.
Experience:
• Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to deal professionally with stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Ability to work at pace in a busy working environment and able to multitask.
• Ability to work without supervision and on own initiative, organising and prioritising own workloads to changing deadlines
